Education Leadership Dynamics is a leading, national, educational clearing house for instruction, credits and educational information.  It is directed by Dr. Joel D. Black, (Mr. Education), a nationally-known speaker, educator and consultant.  ELD provides a range of educational and instructional resources for teachers, parents, home educators, students, and anyone else who has an interest in learning or teaching. Cascade Independent High School is a recognized, Washington State authorized, credit granting, diploma granting, private high school. Educational offerings are complimented by additional instructional resources. Through its many affiliates, ELD also sponsors financial workshops, wilderness-based team-building treks, global educational travel, and educational lectures and teacher inservices. Expert Landscape Design provides instruction in landscaping, pruning and more. Black Market Specialties offers numerous educational monographs and books, and certain holiday specialty items.
